It' first construction completed in 1995 ROSY APART is modern and comfortable places which services for you. It offers you every possibility that make you happy and feel at home. ROSY APART has got two apartments. One building has got 26 apart rooms and 9 studio rooms, the other one has got 27 apart rooms and 9 studio rooms. Every rooms has got air conditioning for your comforts. The biggest purpose that we have as ROSY APART family is to give you the holiday possibilities in friendship and warm atmosphere.

ROSY APART for away just 5 minutes from sea and very close to shopping centers, bars, restaurants. Bar Streets it's located in the middle of center.
APART ROOMS
It has one bedroom, one living room for 4 people. It has got two sofa beds, wc, bath, fridge, hair dryer, satellite TV, telephone, kettle, smoke alarm system, big balconies and kitchen equipments.
STUDIO ROOMS
It' s just one room which is best especially for two people. It has got 1 sofa bed, kitchen, wc and both, fridge, air co, kettle, cook, smoke alarm system, telephone, satellite tv, balconies. It' s high standarts furnited and decorated. Two people and one child can easy stay in studio rooms.
